Windshield Repair information

  1. The repair will improve the damage cosmetically but it may not totally disappear.
  2. A+ Glass Company, LLC cannot be held responsible if the damage/crack becomes worse during repair process because pressure is used to inject resin.
  3. There are no 100% guarantees. For as long as you own the vehicle, if A+ Glass Company, LLC performs a repair and it spreads we will deduct the cost of the repair from the cost of a replacement.
  4. Some repairs perform better than others due to many factors that are beyond our control, therefore No Refunds can be given.
  5. If the damage is in the line of sight (DPVA- driver’s primary viewing area) please be aware that it may become a distraction from driving by light refraction or prism effect.
  6. Any damage (crack, chip, star break, etc) may affect the structural integrity of the windshield depending on the size/length of the impact.
  7. In the event that it is determined the damage is too excessive for a repair then a replacement will be required/suggested.
  8. Most insurance companies prefer a replacement rather than a repair when the damage is in the driver's primary viewing area (DPVA).
