Important Information Regarding Some Newer Model Vehicles and Recalibration After a Windshield Replacement.
Some newer model vehicles may require recalibration
of certain accessories after a windshield replacement. These include Lane Departure Warning Systems (LDWS) or Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Alert/Warning (FCW), Front mounted cameras, Eyesight (Subaru) and others.
If it is determined after the installation that your vehicle needs to be recalibrated,
A+ Glass Company, LLC cannot be held responsible and it is the responsibility of the customer to have an authorized dealer perform the recalibration at the customer’s expense.
Some Dealerships will not re-calibrate an aftermarket windshield and require an OEM glass to be installed. If this is the case and an aftermarket windshield was installed, A+ Glass Company, LLC cannot be held responsible for the additional cost to reinstall an OEM Windshield.
